Eggs and Salsa


Awesome way to cook eggs: break 2 eggs in the pan and THEN turn it on. Let them sit until it starts to become white and gently toss. Let it sit until almost cooked and gently toss again. Just a different way to scramble the eggs where the yolk is still a little separated.

I topped with salsa verde from Trader Joe's, ketchup and fresh cilantro.

Blueberry Banana Pancakes


Mixed 1/2 banana and 1 egg together and made pancakes like normal- except this time added some blueberries while they were cooking. Topped with 1/2 banana and blueberries that I quickly warmed in the pan and some real maple syrup (no plastic container junk).

Banana + 2 Eggs= Pancakes


Half of my banana was bad so I only did 1/2 banana and one egg but I usually do one banana and two eggs. 

Just mix banana and egg and cook like a regular pancake. Topped with real maple syrup. Mmmmm...

Coconut Yogurt with Fruit and Hemp Hearts


Plain coconut yogurt, 1/2 banana, blueberries, hemp hearts and an (empty) Suja juice that I drank when I first woke up
