Work Lunch: Chicken Avocado Salad, Veggies & Hummus, and Fruit


Ate my apple first (fruit digests fastest) as a pre lunch snack

Top: Baby kale, whole avocado, pulled chicken and dressing (tahini, tamari, apple cider vinegar, and stevia) 

Bottom: Celery, carrots, plain hummus
