Work Lunch: Salad, Cooked Veggies, Quinoa and Carrots & Hummus


Top: Salad with random dressing I threw together: tahini, tamari, apple cider vinegar, and stevia

Middle: Leftover zucchini and heirloom beets, plain quinoa and raw carrots and plain hummus

Bottom: My snack- apple and pistachios
