Zucchini & Heirloom Beet Quinoa


Sautéed heirloom beets and zucchini with olive oil and placed over quinoa 

Sauce (soooo good): 3 parts almond butter, 1 part tamari or soy sauce, 1 part apple cider vinegar and 1 part honey
