Work Lunch: Salad, Turkey Meatballs and Veggies & Hummus


Salad: Arugula mix with avocado

Dressing: Blend 2 tbs almond butter, 2 tbs nutritional yeast, 1/3 cup tahini, 1 tbs tamari, 3 tbs apple cider vinegar, 2 tbs dijon, 1/2 cup water and stevia to taste  

Turkey meatballs (frozen from Trader Joe's) mixed with a quinoa blend from Whole Foods and a peanut curry sauce from Traders

Cucumbers and hummus from Traders
